Este año en Lakhpat, el
ultimo pueblo en frontera con Pakistán, hemos estando
charlando entre hindis con cierta familiaridad Tanto es así que, sin yo
pedirlo (me moría de ganas) me ofrecieron fotografiar la sandalia de Guru Nanak
(el fundador de la Religión
Shij) y la de su hijo. Para mí, que soñaba con ello desde mi visita del año pasado, un
evento. Me han propuesto pernocatar en el albergue del templo la próxima vez....
The literal meaning of Lakhpat is the city of millionaire, however
today it is sparsely populated Ghost town, a city of ruins of buildings
and a magnificent fort surrounding them. Historically it has been very
important trading post connecting Gujarat to Sindh. Its decline started
when an earthquake diverted the flow of the Sindhu river away from it.
